Meetings and Events
The Southern Minnesota Chapter provides many opportunities to strengthen fund development skills and expand professional networks through regular meetings. Each meeting covers a timely topic from the world of fundraising such as major giving, planned giving, direct mail, ethics, and more.
Chapter meetings are held on a regular basis. Please refer to the calendar for up to date information on meeting dates and locations. Each meeting features expert speakers, ample networking opportunity, and beverages/appetizers. The meeting is included at no cost for members and $20 for non-members. No charge for visitors and guests attending for the first time. Non-members can register by contacting Sheila Rainey at 507-696-1881.
Meetings are normally held as follows:
3:30 - 3:45 p.m. Gathering and networking
3:45 - 4:00 p.m. Introductions and annoucements
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Program presentation
Audio conferences are regularly scheduled (typically the last Tuesday of each mont over the noon hour) to provide access to cutting edge ideas brought to you by some of the world's premier fund development professionals. Audio conferences are included at no cost to members and $20 for non-members. Non-members can register by contacting Jennifer Teske at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 57-287-2003.
